1950's Eastman Kodak No. 4 Paper Cutter. This is a solid wood, table top paper cutter, with a cast iron frame and handle. Perfect for scrap booking, crafts, or the office or classroom.
Measures 12" wide x 13" deep. Handle length is 16-1/2".
Good solid condition with some cosmetic wear, scuffs, and imperfections, along with spots of white paint from a previous owner. Paper cutter is in good working order.
