I will carefully package and ship every Item that is purchased form our shop, and will be thorough and mindful of the transportation process, to insure that your item(s) arrive safely.. If you are looking for something specific, and cannot find it in our shop, feel free to send a message, as we may have what you are looking for in our extensive inventory.

We are always happy to place items "on reserve" for you. However, we do require that you either purchase (and pay) for the item(s) within 2 days of reserving them, or message us to discuss an alternate time frame for completing the purchase. We will do my best to accommodate your needs.

We will ship your Item(s) within 5 business days of completing the purchase. All domestic packages will be fully insured against damage or loss. Please note that insurance is not available for most countries outside of the United States. I am not responsible for any additional fees, customs, etc, that you may incur for shipping outside of the U.S..

Packaging - We use a combination of bubble wrap, biodegradable peanuts, recycled items such as boxes, newspaper, and various other materials, whenever possible.

We are happy to COMBINE SHIPPING on multiple items. Please message me if you would like to combine shipping prior to your purchase. Otherwise, excessive shipping overage will happily be refunded back to your account automatically within a 7 days of shipping the items.

Returns & Exchanges

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days, less shipping costs, and a 15% re-stocking fee. If you receive a damaged item, you must message me within 48 hours, so that I can file an insurance claim on your behalf to re-coup loss for you .
