1940's Explosion Proof Industrial Light with Cage, PERFECLITE CO. Cleveland Ohio, New Wiring
This is an original "PERFECLITE CO", Cleveland Ohio, Industrial Explosion Proof Light Fixture, with the original cage and glass globe. It also includes the original swivel mounting plate and drop pipe, which allows the light to be installed on a sloped ceiling. Accepts a standard size light bulb up to 200 watts. I have 2 of these available at the time of creating this listing.
This is a fantastic original light fixture, that can be used in its original form as shown in the photos, or reconfigured to use as wall sconce, chandelier, or diy lighting, incorporating re-purposed architecture, or other vintage items.
CONDITION: Light fixture is in very good, working condition with updated wiring. Ready to install and enjoy! Glass is free of cracks and breaks, as is the fixture and cage.
MEASUREMENTS: Light fixture measures about 5" across, and 10" tall, not including the drop pipe. The total distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the light is approx. 18-1/2".
