Nice, painting of Red Barn on country farm. Barn sits on grassy land surrounded by trees with dirt path leading up to barn doors. Old stone wall with wooden gate encloses barnyard. Right, lower corner is signed, "B. Hill". Very soothing, nostalgic painting.
Canvas is nailed to wooden frame and painting is simply framed with reclaimed wood, nailed together at corners. Back of wood frame is marked, "Beverly Hill, 1967".

Condition: The frame is in good condition with only minor imperfections and scuffs as expected for reclaimed, unfinished wood. Original painting is also in good condition with no rips, tears, holes or stains noted. Imperfections as expected with handmade items.
