Vintage, Mikasa Duplex coffee pot with 4 cups. Brown and white, Ironstone set was designed by Ben Seibel, this MCM style pot is perfect for every day use.
Pot is marked, "Mikasa, DUPLEX, by Ben Seibel, Oven to Table to Dishwasher, Japan".
Four, flat cups are marked, "Mikasa, DUPLEX, by Ben Seibel, Brown, 2558, Japan".
Coffee pot measures approximately 9" wide from spout to handle, 4-5/8" across base x 9-3/8" tall without lid and 10-1/2" tall with lid on.
Cups each measure approximately 4-3/4" wide across top including handle x 2-5/8" tall
Coffee pot holds approximately 7 cups or 56 ounces (about 1680 ml)
Cups hold 2 cups or 16 ounces when filled to the brim (about 480 m)
Pot is in good condition, some minor wear noted with a few light scratches. Paint is intact and bright. No chips, cracks or breaks noted.
Three of the cups are in good condition, with a few light scratches. one cup has a few tiny chips on the bottom. One cup has several chips on the rim and on the base. Please see pictures for more details.
Very nice, hard to find, vintage set, great for any retro style kitchen.
