Beautiful, Haviland & Co porcelain sugar bowl with butterfly handles. Hand painted with delicate flowers and gold accents and trim. Lid has flower knob. Marked on the bottom, "Haviland & Co., Davis Collamore & Co., Broadway and 21st Street, New York, 3890, H&Co". Circa 1876-1888.
Measures approximately 4-1/2" wide from handle to handle, about 3-1/8" across bottom x 4-1/4" tall including lid.
In very good condition considering age with little wear, no paint loss, gold intact. There is one tiny chip on the wing of one butterfly as seen in pictures. No other chips, cracks or breaks.
