Large cast iron Scottish Terrier figurine / door stop. There are no maker marks that I was able to find.
Measures approx. 5" wide x 9" deep at the bottom of the base, and stands 11-1/2".
Dog is in good solid condition, with age appropriate cosmetic wear, and some minor defects from when it was made. There are a couple of areas where it appears that the "extra" cast iron material was not removed with a grinder when the casting was complete. This really does not have much impact on the appearance of the piece, but felt like I should make mention of it.
