Hand crafted, high quality, stoneware bowl, with engraved, geometric band. Signed, Bassam, and what looks like, "ec cc". From the Grand-Bassam Centre Céramique (Ceramic Center), a UNESCO World Heritage site, on the West African Ivory Coast.
Bowl measures approximately 6-1/2" across x 2-1/4" tall.
In good condition with very minor wear, no chips, cracks or breaks noted. As with any unique, handmade item, flaws and imperfections may be present.
Would make a nice catch-all bowl on an accent table or display on a bookshelf.
