Very pretty, vintage, blue, floral needlepoint. Blue flowers in a simple, folk, art design, signed NM. From Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, known for it's Amish community and folk art.
Needlework looks professionally framed in a solid, wood, black frame. The narrow frame is perfect for a small wall space or would look great hung horizontally over a doorway.
Wire on the back to hang vertically but would also look nice horizontally over a doorway or window frame.
Frame measures approximately 5-5/8" wide x 23-5/8" long x about 1" thick
Needlework is in good condition, protected by the glass in the frame. The wood frame has a few scuffs and dings but is in good shape. The backing paper is ripped in the center, this could be removed or replaced if desired. As with any unique, handmade item, flaws and imperfections may be noted.
This beautiful, handmade folk art piece would also look nice displayed on a bookshelf.
