This is an adorable, Porcelain Teddy Bear figurine, from Bing & Grøndahl Teddy Bear Collection. "Victor", 1997 is the First Issue of this series.

Round base measures 2-1/4"
Bear is in good to very good condition. No chips, cracks or crazing noted.
