This is a pre 1950's, Black Western Electric, 302 F-1W Rotary Dial Desk Telephone, with metal case.
This old telephone is in good condition overall, free of breaks, cracks, or other structural damage. Cosmetic wear, scuffs, and scratches are present. No testing has been done, as both cords missing and not included. Being sold for a display piece, or for restoration.
