This is an authentic, 1950's, Louisville and Nashville Railroad embossed, pressed steel sign.
Sign reads: "Louisville And Nashville Railroad Equipment Trust, Series EE - Mercantile Safe Deposit And Trust Company Of Baltimore Maryland, Trustee, Owner, Lessor".
Measures approx. 22" wide x 8-3/4" tall. Weight is 3 lbs. 6oz.
This nice embossed steel sign would be a perfect addition to any collection.
Sign is in great shape with the original patina, as we found it. There are no cracks, breaks, or other structural damage. Cosmetic wear is present as displayed in the photos.
