This is a very nice, vintage Rolatape Model 200 measuring wheel, with a foldable scissors handle, and a leather carrying case. This handy measuring wheel is great for measuring the ground surface area for construction projects, and would also be perfect to use for creating play areas for games, parties, soccer field boundaries, and so much more.
Counter keeps track in the distance in 2' increments up to 99', and then it starts over at "0".
