Pretty, vintage, tapestry fabric handbag. This unique bag has a split, wooden frame that opens and closes the bag. Fabric has a paisley pattern a tan background. There are two, strap handles and one zipper pocket on exterior of the bag.
Interior is lined with green satin fabric.
Measures approximately 15" wide, 13" across wooden top x 10" long x 2" wide. Strap drop is 4-1/2".
Purse is in good condition overall with minor wear consistent with age and previous use. There are a few scuffs and scratches to the wood frame as well as a partial split on the inside of one of the wooden pieces. The split does not go all the way through and does not affect the look or function of the bag. Most likely this was caused from the wood drying out and looks to have been reinforced with glue. No rips, tears or stains noted on exterior or interior of bag.
Unique handbag is perfect to hold knitting or other craft projects or use as your every day purse.
