Gorgeous, Emerald Green, Glass Honey Jar. This beautiful, hand blown glass jar was made by Charles "Chet" Cole, in the 1950's. Smooth, thick glass has two, small handles on the sides that hold the metal, flip top, bail lid closure. Lid has a beautiful, embossed bee on the top.
Jar measures approximately 4-3/4" across at the widest part of the jar, bottom, and stands approx. 6" tall to the top of the glass lid, and 7-1/2" to the top of the iron lid lock.
Jar is in very nice condition, with some minor wear, scuffs and light scratches noted. Jar is free of cracks, breaks, deep scratches, and other structural damage. Flaws and imperfections may be noted, as expected with any handmade item. Please see pictures as they are a big part of the description.
Use or just display this very unique, and really beautiful, art glass jar. It would look great in any kitchen windowsill or shelf.
