Antique Victorian Needlepoint Footstool, Ottoman, Foot Rest, Floral Needlepoint Stool
This is an antique, wooden footstool, with floral needlepoint top, and turned wooden legs. It features a burgundy background, with a floral pattern that includes shades of red, yellow, pink, and green. The wooden stool base has four turned legs, with the stool's main frame secured to the underside of the padded top.
The wooden legs and frame are good and solid, with cosmetic wear and some small areas of paint splatter. The needlepoint work is in pretty good shape, but is off center a bit from the outer edges of the wooden frame. The needlepoint cover was probably replaced at some point, as the edges are a bit uneven, where it is wrapped to the underside. Overall, this is still a nice, solid antique stool, that would look wonderful on display or in your living room.
Stool measures approximately 14" long x 10" wide x 10" tall.
