This is a fantastic, original 4 Legged Adjustable Piano Stool, with a concave designed seat for added comfort. Seat height is adjustable from approximately 18" to 22". Stool turn screw plate is marked "A. Merriam Co. of Mass. USA".
This stool is in very nice, original condition, ready for daily use. Seat "adjusting screw" works with ease. Simply turn seat left or right, to raise or lower as desired. Wood has fantastic patina, with normal cosmetic wear and imperfections. A wonderful example of quality and craftsmanship from this time period.
It measures approximately 14" across at the seat, and the height is adjustable from 18" to 22".
