This is a wonderful set of 2 matching Art Nouveau, brass electric wall sconces from the 1920's, with embossed art glass shades. Fixtures are in good working order, with new, wiring. Features include a switched light bulb socket, allowing the light to be mounted to an existing power source even if it does not have an existing wall switch.
Measurements: The overall measurements with the shades attached, are approx. 4-1/2" wide x 10" tall. The projection from the wall to the outer edge of the shades, is approx. 6-1/2". The fitter size for the glass shades is 2-1/4".
Condition: Sconce fixtures are in nice condition, free of structural damage and defects. Wiring has been replaced. The patina on the brass fixtures and shades, has been preserved as it was when we acquired them. Age appropriate cosmetic wear is present, and may include scuffs, tarnish, and tiny spots of paint splatter, as well as general finish wear. Fixtures have been tested, and are in good working order, and ready to install.
