1950's Mid Century Flush Mount Kitchen Ceiling Light Fixture, Embossed Glass Design
This is a 1950's Mid Century Flush Mount Ceiling Light Fixture, that has been refurbished with new wiring. Glass shade features frosted sides with clear, embossed glass bottom. This fixture would be perfect for a center kitchen light, or over the kitchen sink. It would also be suitable for a laundry room or hallway.
This light fixture is in good condition, with new wiring. There are no cracks, chips, or breaks noted on the glass shade. The metal fixture, and canopy has been repainted in bronze. The frosted portion of the glass shade shows some cosmetic wear, including fading, scuffs, scratches, and some discoloration from years of heat from the light bulb. Overall, this original light fixture is not perfect, but it is still quite nice, with years of life left for you to enjoy.
The shade measures approx. 8-1/2" across x 6" tall. The overall drop from the ceiling to the bottom of the shade is approx. 8". The canopy measures approx. 5-1/2" across at the ceiling.
