Very pretty, Asian style teapot with built in strainer and bamboo handle.
Hand painted, 2 tone, green and white, with white daisies and green leaves on both sides. Metallic, gold paint accents add final touch.
Bamboo handle with bendable ends to remove and allow for easy cleaning.
Pot measures approximately 5-1/2" across including spout x about 4-1/2 tall including lid, 6" tall including handle.
Teapot opening and base measure about 2-1/2"
Holds about 2 cups or 16 ounces (480 cc).
Teapot is in good, vintage condition with no cracks, breaks or crazing noted. There is one tiny chip on the inside rim of the opening as seen in above pictures. As with any unique, hand made or hand painted item, flaws and imperfections may be present.
